Job Responsibility:
Deliver prompt, professional support to customers by addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving concerns
Accurately process payments, returns, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate part orders
Educate customers on extended warranties and maintenance services, effectively promoting and upselling these offerings
Work closely with team members to ensure consistent communication and an elevated customer experience
Utilize call center technology to manage customer interactions and track activities
Maintain comprehensive records of all customer communications and transactions
Participate in ongoing training to build product expertise and further enhance your skills
Provide support to remote customers, offering guidance and troubleshooting technical issues
Uphold company policies while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
Continuously strive to surpass customer expectations and contribute to the team’s overall success
Requirements:
Experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly advantageous
Proficiency with Epic systems or related software platforms is strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in upselling products and services to clients
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building positive relationships
Proven capability in processing payments, managing returns, and resolving technical issues
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Willingness to comply with pre-employment requirements and ability to begin employment pending necessary clearances
