Job Description

We are seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to join our team in South Burlington, Vermont. Job Responsibility

  • Deliver prompt, professional support to customers by addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving concerns
  • Accurately process payments, returns, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate part orders
  • Educate customers on extended warranties and maintenance services, effectively promoting and upselling these offerings
  • Work closely with team members to ensure consistent communication and an elevated customer experience
  • Utilize call center technology to manage customer interactions and track activities
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all customer communications and transactions
  • Participate in ongoing training to build product expertise and further enhance your skills
  • Provide support to remote customers, offering guidance and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Uphold company policies while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
  • Continuously strive to surpass customer expectations and contribute to the team’s overall success

Requirements

  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency with Epic systems or related software platforms is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in upselling products and services to clients
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building positive relationships
  • Proven capability in processing payments, managing returns, and resolving technical issues
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Willingness to comply with pre-employment requirements and ability to begin employment pending necessary clearances
  • Open to completing a comprehensive three-week training program to ensure preparedness and success in the role
