Customer Service Representative

• Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to inquiries
• Assist patients with scheduling, general information, and follow-ups
• Accurately enter and update patient information in systems
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients

• 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Experience in healthcare or medical offices preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and office software
