We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving customer complaints
Maintain a record of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
Follow-up on customer interactions
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Deliver excellent customer support and assist in the upgrade of our customer experience
Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and active listening
Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all customer inquiries
Analyze customer's needs and problem-solve as needed
Learn about our product range and services to assist customers effectively
Process orders, applications, and requests seamlessly
Requirements:
High school diploma, or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-oriented approach
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Must be patient, intuitive, and resourceful
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
