We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This long-term contract position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional support and resolving customer inquiries effectively. The role involves assisting customers via inbound calls and leveraging various tools and systems to ensure a seamless service experience.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through inbound calls
Utilize customer service software and CRM systems to document and manage interactions
Provide detailed information about benefits, programs, and services to assist customers
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and Low Income Tax Credit Housing regulations
Collaborate with team members to address complex customer concerns
Operate Avaya CMS and other call center tools to manage call flows effectively
Maintain accurate records and documentation using computer programs
Deliver clear communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist customers with financial services inquiries in alignment with company policies
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call center role
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and Low Income Tax Credit Housing regulations
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations
Experience working with tools such as Avaya CMS and ADP for financial services
Ability to multitask and utilize computer programs effectively
Knowledge of benefit functions and customer assistance processes
