Job Responsibility
Respond to inbound and outbound customer communications in a courteous, timely, and attentive manner
Enter, review, and maintain customer orders related to services and installations with a high level of accuracy
Coordinate appointment scheduling by working with customers, builders, and internal partners to confirm service timelines
Keep order records current by updating information within company systems and online platforms
Support daily operational flow by partnering with colleagues to resolve issues and meet customer expectations
Use Excel and web-based tools to track information, manage updates, and organize service-related data
Document customer interactions thoroughly and capture important details to support follow-up and continuity
Deliver attentive service that reflects a friendly, solutions-focused approach in every customer interaction.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing environment
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and navigating web-based systems for data entry and tracking
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting
