Job Description:

Randstad are currently seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join a well known client in Adelaide. These are full time permanent positions with potential for a hybrid work model once fully trained and self sufficient. This is a 6 month casual contract with the potential for extension. The role is to provide excellent customer service satisfaction while managing claims in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide excellent customer service satisfaction
Assist in managing a large number of claims related to deceased estates
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Undertake administrative duties as required

Requirements:

Background in banking, finance or insurance or within a contact centre (Minimum 1 year contact centre experience advantageous)
Professionalism and empathy when handling inbound and outbound calls
Possess strong communication skills with the ability to show empathy and compassion
Proven examples of strong customer focus and dispute resolution
Have capability to assist customers in a timely and efficient manner
Undertake administrative duties as required
Possess high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
