Job Responsibility:

Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Provide detailed pricing information and generate price quotes based on customer requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth order processing
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database

Requirements:
