Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Middleton, Wisconsin. In this 3 month contract role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and values teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely entry into the system
  • Provide clear and effective communication to customers, offering solutions and assistance as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service workflows and improve efficiency
  • Monitor and address customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize call center tools and systems to manage customer interactions effectively
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and suggest improvements
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service
