Job Description:

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English), customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the St. Paul, Minnesota area. This role is ideal for an attentive professional who enjoys problem-solving, supporting customers, and working collaboratively across departments. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity offering growth potential in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to transactions, products, and services
  • Resolve customer disputes and complaints with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English, verbally and in writing
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, procurement, production, quality, sales, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Serve as a liaison for basic technical support, providing general guidance and escalating issues as appropriate
  • Review, verify, and clarify order details, pricing, and shipping information to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation related to customer interactions and transactions
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage daily responsibilities
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and assist with resolving customer issues as they arise

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work
