We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job Responsibility:

Respond to inbound customer calls and address inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Handle outbound communications to follow up on customer concerns or resolve issues
Accurately enter and update customer orders into the system while maintaining data integrity
Provide clear and concise information about products, services, and company policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers
Follow established protocols to handle complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about company updates and improve service delivery
Monitor call metrics and strive to meet individual and team performance goals

Requirements:

Proven experience in call center or customer service roles
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in order entry and data management systems
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with customer service best practices
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent
