Job Responsibility:

Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide effective solutions
work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, meeting service level thresholds
provide information about products and services while exceeding customer expectations
maintain confidentiality, particularly with billing and credit card information
diffuse difficult customer situations and deliver exceptional service at all times
organize and prioritize workload while multitasking effectively
demonstrate proficiency in grammar and spelling in all customer interactions
perform technical tasks, such as saving files to shared folders, attaching them to emails, and organizing files using a shared file server.

Requirements:

Technical proficiency is a must
candidates should understand terms like “save to desktop,” “open a new tab,” and “file explorer”
ability to search for files, attach them to emails, and create new folders for file organization is essential
typing speed and accuracy required
experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in high-pressure situations
excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
strong grammar and spelling skills for clear communication
ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
