We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a temp-to-hire (T2H) full-time onsite role. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing information about products and services, maintaining confidentiality, diffusing difficult situations, organizing workload, and performing technical tasks. Job Responsibility:

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide effective solutions
  • work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, meeting service level thresholds
  • provide information about products and services while exceeding customer expectations
  • maintain confidentiality, particularly with billing and credit card information
  • diffuse difficult customer situations and deliver exceptional service at all times
  • organize and prioritize workload while multitasking effectively
  • demonstrate proficiency in grammar and spelling in all customer interactions
  • perform technical tasks, such as saving files to shared folders, attaching them to emails, and organizing files using a shared file server.

Requirements:

  • Technical proficiency is a must
  • candidates should understand terms like “save to desktop,” “open a new tab,” and “file explorer”
  • ability to search for files, attach them to emails, and create new folders for file organization is essential
  • typing speed and accuracy required
  • experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in high-pressure situations
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • strong grammar and spelling skills for clear communication
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
