As a Customer Service Representative, you're the main contact for clients. You'll keep them updated on their shipments. You track their orders from start to finish and make sure you solve any problems which occurs. You'll do everything it takes to make the customer happy and satisfied. That is what makes you happy! Furthermore, you are in charge of handling complaints and returns. You are expected to think along how to improve internal processes.
