Job Responsibility:

Support scheduling and coordination of services

Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience (call center, nonprofit, healthcare, or office setting preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism and empathy
