Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you'll handle a high volume of customer interactions, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing concerns and resolving issues
Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with efficiency and accuracy
Maintain detailed customer records and document interactions within the system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services
Provide bilingual support, communicating effectively in both English and another required language
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting
Uphold company standards for customer service and ensure compliance with policies
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements
Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and gather feedback
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
