We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this dynamic role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Job Responsibility:
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to provide accurate information and solutions
Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including answering inbound and outbound calls and processing orders
Utilize your knowledge of P& C insurance to assist customers and resolve related issues effectively
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices for customer service
Monitor and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution
Handle escalated issues by providing well-thought-out solutions and maintaining composure under pressure
Support call center operations by meeting individual and team performance goals
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written skills
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with P& C insurance concepts is highly desirable
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns effectively and professionally
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing demands
