Our client in Amherst, Massachusetts is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and/or in person in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns when appropriate
Process orders, update account information, and maintain accurate records
Provide product, service, or billing information to customers
Track interactions and document details in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and follow-through
Support additional administrative or customer support tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service or CRM systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
