Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing customer interactions, ensuring smooth order processing, and providing exceptional support for a variety of manufacturing products. Candidates should bring strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to effectively collaborate with sales teams and customers.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate with internal teams to request and manage quotes efficiently
Provide accurate and timely information to intake and quote teams, addressing any inquiries
Collaborate with the sales team and customers during project planning stages, including participation in kickoff meetings
Oversee customer order management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
Process payments or deposits as required and handle ticket picking within established timeframes
Upload order data to customer portals and maintain updated records on shared drives
Monitor open order reports and update shipping dates in relevant systems when necessary
Communicate lead time or shipping date changes to customers and sales representatives
Conduct stock checks and provide shipping notifications for direct-ship orders
Address post-order management tasks, including processing specific customer requests

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a call center or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls
Familiarity with Salesforce and Office 365 applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and customers
Knowledge of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) processes
Experience working in the manufacturing industry
Understanding of customer program details for diverse accounts, including national and international clients
