Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Louisville, Kentucky. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing communication channels, ensuring exceptional service, and supporting internal processes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering quality customer experiences. The hours for the Customer Service Representative are onsite, Monday - Friday: 8am-4:30pm.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and manage incoming emails within the internal mailbox to ensure timely responses
  • Upload relevant documents to participant accounts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Forward messages to the appropriate teams or departments for further action
  • Respond to inquiries in a detail-oriented and courteous manner, providing clear and helpful information
  • Maintain a strong understanding of internal systems and workflows to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery
  • Ensure all communications are documented properly for future reference and compliance
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed to support customer needs
  • Perform general order entry tasks to maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required
  • Strong proficiency in managing emails and communication systems
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Familiarity with order entry processes and systems
