We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Louisville, Kentucky. Job Responsibility:
Monitor and manage incoming emails within the internal mailbox to ensure timely responses
Upload relevant documents to participant accounts with accuracy and efficiency
Forward messages to the appropriate teams or departments for further action
Respond to inquiries in a detail-oriented and courteous manner, providing clear and helpful information
Maintain a strong understanding of internal systems and workflows to ensure seamless operations
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery
Ensure all communications are documented properly for future reference and compliance
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed to support customer needs
Perform general order entry tasks to maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required
Strong proficiency in managing emails and communication systems
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Familiarity with order entry processes and systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
