Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic non-profit organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this contract to permanent role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism
Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are properly documented
Provide clear and concise information about products, services, and organizational initiatives
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery
Handle outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer requests or provide additional support
Identify and escalate issues requiring advanced assistance to the appropriate departments
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve processes
Stay up-to-date with organizational policies, procedures, and service offerings
Ensure compliance with all relevant protocols and standards during customer interactions

Requirements:

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in order entry and maintaining accurate records
Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
Familiarity with basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers
