Job Responsibility:

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve processes
Stay up-to-date with organizational policies, procedures, and service offerings
Ensure compliance with all relevant protocols and standards during customer interactions
Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in order entry and maintaining accurate records
Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
Familiarity with basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
