We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lynnwood, Washington. This role is a Contract to permanent position within the manufacturing industry, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer support and order management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling customer inquiries with professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately process incoming orders, ensuring timely entry and routing to the appropriate warehouse
Coordinate the preparation and shipment of product samples based on customer requests
Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure prompt and efficient order fulfillment
Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records and order information
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with a focus on delivering excellent service
Assist with occasional travel arrangements for participation in trade shows
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics SL and Microsoft Office tools to manage order processing and communications effectively
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Proficiency in order entry and data management
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
Familiarity with Dynamics SL and Office applications
Ability to handle inbound calls and email correspondence professionally
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Familiarity with Social Media Platforms
