Job Responsibility:
Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and accurate information
Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining quality service standards
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve customer concerns
Provide product or service information to customers, helping them make informed decisions
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with the team
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
Proficiency in order entry and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
