Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Be the main point of contact for customers: respond to their inquiries, manage complaints, and always find solutions
Handle and monitor orders in SAP: processing, invoicing, returns, updating customer databases, and ensuring commercial conditions are met
Oversee deliveries: coordinate with the warehouse and transporters to ensure top-level service
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to provide seamless and efficient service
Keep customers informed about their order status and anticipate their needs

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
fluent in French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken
proficiency in SAP and Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook…)
organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and a great team player
ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
