Job Responsibility:
Build Strong relationship with existing customer and build new customer for the company.
Be the voice of our client and deliver delightful experiences across chat, email, and calls.
Resolve customer queries with speed, empathy, and a smile.
Collaborate with logistics, tech, and design teams to ensure smooth operations
Gather feedback that helps shape the future of our brand
Create invoices on quick book and follow up with the customer.
Maintain the customer data and share the reports to upper management.
Requirements:
A great communicator (English fluency is a must)
Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
Obsessed with delivering top-notch service
0–2 years of prior customer service experience
Freshers with Zeal to grow and excel in the industry are also preferred.
