Customer Service Representative

• Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all issues and concerns are resolved promptly
• Handle email correspondence and maintain clear communication with customers
• Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and manage order information
• Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up on requests
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless support and maintain high service standards
• Engage in outbound calls when necessary to address customer needs or follow up
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to assist customers effectively
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and tact
• Experience with order entry and data management systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
• Capability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• Background in the print industry is a plus, but not required.
