We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a manufacturing operation by delivering timely and attentive assistance to customers. Job Responsibility
Respond to incoming customer calls with care, providing clear information and effective support
Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or resolve outstanding service issues
Enter customer orders into company systems with close attention to accuracy, completeness, and timing
Address questions related to products, order status, and general service needs in a courteous and solution-focused manner
Document customer interactions thoroughly to maintain reliable service records and support ongoing communication
Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to help resolve order concerns and service-related problems
Manage multiple customer requests efficiently while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service within a call center or high-volume support environment
Ability to handle inbound and outbound phone conversations in a confident and attentive manner
Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer or transaction records
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen carefully and respond clearly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while balancing multiple tasks and priorities
Solid attention to detail and commitment to delivering dependable customer support
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn service-related systems and processes quickly
