Customer Service Representative

• Provide assistance to customers and distributors by addressing inquiries, tracking orders, processing returns, and offering account support
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring all concerns are handled with care
• Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Translate and explain product details or marketing materials for multilingual audiences as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and passion behind our products
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and organization
• Utilize call center systems to document interactions and provide seamless support

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and solve problems effectively
• Bilingual skills in Mandarin are highly desirable
• Familiarity with call center systems or order entry software is required
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Positive and empathetic approach to customer interactions
• Knowledge of network marketing or the beauty/skincare industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work onsite in Irvine, California
