We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. This is a contract position requiring part-time availability, primarily on weekends. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to ensure prompt and accurate assistance
Handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
Process orders and manage data entry tasks effectively using provided systems
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction
Utilize a laptop to perform job-related duties, including accessing and updating customer records
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding products, services, and policies
Collaborate with team members to address customer issues and improve service quality
Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain consistency in service delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
Strong skills in order entry and data management
Ability to effectively use a laptop and navigate software systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work part-time, including Fridays through Sundays
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
