Job Responsibility

Resolve routine service concerns by identifying issues, explaining next steps, and following through to completion
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and update relevant information with attention to detail
Support day-to-day front-line service activities to help keep operations running smoothly
Work collaboratively with internal team members to address customer needs and improve overall service quality
Communicate clearly with customers regarding timelines, expectations, and available solutions
Uphold company service standards while contributing to a welcoming and approachable customer experience
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of customers
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills with a patient and detail-oriented approach to service issues
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate records
Dependable attendance and a consistent, team-oriented work style
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
