This isn't just a call centre role; it's a chance to be the face of a company that is literally keeping Australia green.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a steady stream of calls from residential and commercial customers
  • Navigate complex queries regarding collection schedules, service disruptions, and new waste regulations
  • Utilise CRM systems and GPS tracking to provide real-time updates to customers and drivers
  • Act as the critical link between the community and essential environmental services

Requirements:

  • Based in or near Western Sydney with reliable transport to Eastern Creek
  • Previous experience in a high-volume call centre
  • You have a "thick skin" and can handle high-pressure situations with a smile
