Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a detail oriented and timely manner
Process and enter purchase orders accurately into the system
Provide customers with order status updates, including estimated delivery times (ETAs)
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Support continuous improvement of customer service processes

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
