Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role involves engaging with customers through high-volume outbound calls and contributing to lead generation efforts for our business solutions. As a Contract to permanent position, successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the initial three-month period.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in a mandatory, comprehensive one-week training program to prepare for the role
  • Handle high-volume outbound calls daily, reaching out to insurance and mortgage companies with scripted communications
  • Make over 300 calls per day while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Ensure adherence to call center protocols and deliver excellent customer service
  • Utilize provided scripts effectively to generate leads and meet performance targets
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve goals
  • Follow scheduling guidelines, including breaks and lunch hours
  • Conduct calls using appropriate equipment, including a wired connection for reliability
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in company systems

Requirements:

  • Must have a laptop or desktop computer, headset, and ethernet cable for a wired connection
  • Reliable internet connection, with the ability to work using ethernet instead of solely Wi-Fi
  • Ability to pass mandatory background checks and internet connectivity tests
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers
  • Experience in call center customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes and managing time efficiently
  • Availability during standard work hours, Monday through Friday
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and meeting performance expectations
