We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, assisting individuals to determine eligibility for specific programs, and scheduling appointments.
Job Responsibility:
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to connect with individuals and provide program information
Assist callers in determining eligibility for specific programs and guide them through the application process
Schedule appointments for individuals who meet the program requirements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
Leave detailed voicemail messages when unable to reach individuals and document all interactions accurately
Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and attentive communication
Maintain a distraction-free work environment suitable for remote work and video conferencing
Troubleshoot minor technical issues independently and escalate larger equipment concerns to the office as needed
Track and manage call outcomes using designated systems and software
Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills, with experience in call center environments preferred
Proficiency in managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively
Familiarity with data entry and email correspondence tools
Competence in using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
Ability to schedule appointments and manage order entry efficiently
