Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Randolph, New Jersey. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including eCommerce processes, inbound and outbound calls, and customer issue resolution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about products and services
  • Process eCommerce tasks such as refunds, returns, return labels, and order cancellations efficiently
  • Make outbound calls to customers to gather additional information as needed
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the repair department to ensure seamless communication
  • Resolve escalated customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records across relevant systems
  • Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure resolution
  • Meet personal and team service level targets and call handling quotas
  • Suggest additional products and services to attract potential customers and enhance their experience
  • Perform other duties assigned by management to support departmental goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to handle customer/client interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in handling call center operations, including both inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to maintain accuracy while performing order entry and managing customer records
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting service level targets
  • Competence in analyzing numerical data, including discounts, percentages, and commissions
