Job Responsibility:
Assist customers in navigating the website and completing necessary steps
Schedule appointments with customers and guide them through the process of placing deposits for puppies
Handle 25-50 calls and texts daily, with increased volume during holidays
Provide clear instructions and support for completing applications without focusing on financial details
Capture and share photos of dogs to enhance customer interactions
Utilize software platforms such as WooCommerce and RingCentral to manage communications effectively
Respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution
Work both onsite and remotely, adapting to varying schedules and tasks
Maintain empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions
Multitask effectively to manage multiple priorities and deliver excellent service
Requirements:
Experience in a call center or customer service role
Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with order entry processes and technical systems
Ability to provide empathetic and patient assistance to customers
Quick learner with the ability to navigate technology efficiently
Effective multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities
Availability to work flexible hours, including remote and onsite shifts
