Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a 3-month contract assignment. This role will support day-to-day customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and help ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues related to orders, accounts, billing, or service requests
Document interactions accurately in the company system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
Process orders, updates, returns, or account changes
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care
Meet response time, quality, and service goals
Assist with administrative or departmental support tasks as needed
Requirements:
1+ years of customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service systems
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
