Customer Service Representative

• Analyze and qualify customer inquiries before directing them to the appropriate service or sales representative
• Log, track, and communicate customer interactions effectively
• Follow up with leads and document the results of sales activities
• Provide detailed information via phone, email, chat, or mail
• Participate in internal training activities to deepen product and service knowledge
• Make outbound calls and handle incoming sales-related calls
• Perform any other tasks as needed by the company

• Full proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
• Strong computer skills, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in time management and building professional relationships
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Initiative, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency

Experience in material handling equipment is a significant asset
