Job Description:

CVS Health is building an Inbound Pharmacy Service team to support specialty patients needing life sustaining medications. The Pharmacy Service Representative will work in an inbound call center to ensure timely delivery to patients reaching out. Training is onsite for 4 weeks, then opportunity to work remotely from home. The position offers 40 hours per week guarantee and advancement opportunities within CVS Health.

Job Responsibility:

Support specialty patients who are in need of life sustaining medications
Work for inbound call center to make the connection and ensure timely delivery to patients
Handle prescription refills, order status, benefits verification, and insurance coverage
Provide excellent customer service with empathy while resolving patients' questions on the first call

Requirements:

Bilingual in both Spanish and English
One year experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
One year work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
One year computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice to have:

Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT or ExCPT
Prefer healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, medical terminology
