Job Responsibility:

Manage conversations professionally in a busy call center environment where priorities can shift throughout the day
Investigate service-related problems and apply practical solutions that support a positive customer experience
Record call details, updates, and outcomes accurately to maintain complete customer account information
Coordinate with coworkers and internal teams when needed while also handling assigned tasks independently
Balance multiple responsibilities at once, including call handling, issue resolution, and documentation
Support order-related requests and general account inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or call center support is preferred
