Job Responsibility:
Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, averaging over 100 per day, while maintaining a courteous and empathetic approach
Upload and organize over 20 documents daily into customer files with accuracy and efficiency
Provide exceptional support to irate or distressed callers, ensuring their concerns are addressed with patience and care
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless communication and operations
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, to manage documentation and correspondence
Operate multi-line phone systems proficiently to handle diverse customer needs
Demonstrate adaptability by balancing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Maintain a pleasant and attentive attitude in all interactions, fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Deliver consistent and reliable service to meet company standards and customer expectations
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, to manage tasks effectively
Skill in operating multi-line phone systems to handle diverse inquiries
Strong multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities efficiently
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
Empathy and patience in dealing with irate or distressed callers
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
