Job Description:

This is a short-term contract to permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate will excel in handling customer inquiries, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and maintaining a positive demeanor in challenging situations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, averaging over 100 per day, while maintaining a courteous and empathetic approach
  • Upload and organize over 20 documents daily into customer files with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional support to irate or distressed callers, ensuring their concerns are addressed with patience and care
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless communication and operations
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, to manage documentation and correspondence
  • Operate multi-line phone systems proficiently to handle diverse customer needs
  • Demonstrate adaptability by balancing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Maintain a pleasant and attentive attitude in all interactions, fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Deliver consistent and reliable service to meet company standards and customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, to manage tasks effectively
  • Skill in operating multi-line phone systems to handle diverse inquiries
  • Strong multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities efficiently
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with irate or distressed callers
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
