Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to inbound calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism
Provide support for both inbound and outbound call operations
Manage email correspondence to resolve client questions and concerns effectively
Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update customer records
Process orders and ensure timely entry into the system
Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients as needed
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to complete administrative tasks efficiently
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Deliver exceptional service to B2B clients in person at the Mount Prospect office
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or B2B environment
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach
Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks
Experience in scheduling appointments and coordinating with clients
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in Mount Prospect, Illinois
