Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous Customer Service Representative to join our team located in a McLean, Virginia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily tasked with maintaining customer accounts, resolving customer queries, and processing customer applications. This is an immediate start.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries
Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts
Process and verify customer credit applications with precision
Ensure customer records are accurate and up-to-date
Uphold high standards of customer service at all times
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks
Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls
Document all customer interactions and communications
Perform data entry tasks related to customer service

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of office experience
Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong data entry skills
Experience with email correspondence
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Ability to schedule appointments efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Must possess your own transportation
