Job Responsibility:
Respond to inquiries from clients, donors, and community partners via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate information about programs, services, and events
Assist with resolving concerns and directing inquiries to appropriate staff or departments
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the organization's database
Support fundraising efforts, outreach events, and program activities as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and a positive client experience
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, ideally within a non-profit or community-focused organization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems
Positive attitude and commitment to the organization’s mission and values
