Job Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM or internal systems
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when needed
Provide product, service, and policy information to customers
Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Support team goals and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
