Job Responsibility:
Answer high-volume inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
Assist with Medicaid-related inquiries, including eligibility, claims, and provider support
Accurately document all calls in the system
Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed
Meet required attendance, productivity, and quality standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a high-volume call center environment
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
Must reside locally and be able to commute to the office
