Job Responsibility:
Foster strong communication and collaboration with the outside sales team and other divisions to ensure seamless customer service
Build and maintain customer trust and satisfaction across all company locations
Respond to customer inquiries
Identify and implement process improvements
Collect and analyze customer information to consistently exceed their expectations
Provide accurate support in areas such as quotes, pricing, freight costs
Utilize company systems to create quotes and input orders
Update and verify customer account details
Balance company policies with customer needs, making decisions that benefit both parties and escalating issues to management when necessary
