Job Responsibility:
Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
Advise customers on product specifications and customization options.
Process order entries and prepare quotes/bids.
Ensure rigorous follow-up on customer files and returns (RMA).
Provide occasional support to customers visiting the Laval boutique.
Requirements:
Perfect bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written. You will be required to communicate with English-speaking clients located outside of Quebec on a daily basis.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service (call center or office environment).
Excellent computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn an ERP system.
Strong ability to manage priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the textile or apparel industry (a significant asset).
