Job Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
Receive, review, and enter customer orders accurately, checking for pricing correctness and product specifications
Prepare detailed quotations, sales orders, and distribute order confirmations and related paperwork
Monitor open orders, coordinate shipping schedules, and provide customers with regular status updates
Input client information and track logistics across systems during the ongoing company-wide migration from AS400 to the Zoho ERP platform
Liaise directly with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and sales representatives to ensure timely order fulfillment
Utilize Microsoft Excel daily to maintain accurate order logs, tracking spreadsheets, and perform data entry
Requirements
1 to 3 years of professional experience working in a dedicated customer service, order desk, client care, or administrative data-entry role
Ability to work full-time, 100% on-site at the Mississauga location
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a heavy emphasis on professional email correspondence
Practical proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel spreadsheet navigation
Must demonstrate a long-term mindset, looking to build a stable, lasting career as a dedicated, long-term Customer Service Representative
Nice to have
Experience with Zoho or other ERP systems is a huge asset
What we offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience
Additional bonus potential up to 10% of your annual salary
