Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract position with the potential to transition to a permanent role that requires working fully on-site Monday through Friday. Job Responsibility:

Process customer inquiries and orders, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution
Provide updates and delivery information to customers, maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle
Track orders from initiation to completion, ensuring all phases are managed effectively
Respond promptly to customer requests and address concerns or complaints with professionalism
Communicate with customers verbally and in writing to provide clear and concise information
Evaluate customer and carrier inquiries to determine the best solutions for product and service needs
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order adjustments to ensure accuracy
Set up new accounts for customers and carriers as needed
Handle administrative tasks and special projects assigned by management

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service within a manufacturing or similar environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and the ability to manage high call volumes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple orders in various stages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively
Experience with administrative assistance tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
