Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Bridgewater, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly and with attention to detail to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and concerns
Handle order entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency to ensure timely processing
Provide clear and helpful information regarding products and services to customers
Manage both inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs and resolve issues
Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system for future reference
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Maintain a positive and focused attitude when dealing with challenging situations

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
Experience with order entry and related administrative tasks
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with customer service best practices and problem-solving techniques
Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
