Job Responsibility:
Offer exceptional customer service by phone and email, quickly identifying customer needs and implementing effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction
Accurately record and process customer information using the appropriate systems
Work closely with other departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Actively contribute to the company’s success by ensuring customer satisfaction and proposing improvements to optimize services
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in French, both written and oral
Bilingual in English required to interact with English-speaking clients and partners in Canada and the United States
1 to 2 years of experience in customer service
Excellent organizational skills, with a strong work ethic and impeccable punctuality
Proficient in data entry with accuracy and efficiency
Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a dynamic environment
Good computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of both imperial and metric measurement systems
Technical knowledge of residential product design and manufacturing, including an understanding of plumbing and electrical concepts, is a plus
